About
I am one of the few attorneys who has been an engineer, prosecuted patents, served as in-house general counsel, and is actively deepening AI expertise right now. And most recently, I am a cofounder of an AI hardware company. That intersection isn't a résumé curiosity — it's the reason I can walk into a room of engineers, investors, and business leaders and translate fluently between all three.
Currently serving as Fractional General Counsel for stealth tech organizations across AI, XR, and semiconductor space. Previously served as legal business partner for AMD's Central Engineering Office and Product Security Office under the CTO's office, and as legal chair for the Chips Alliance legal committee. Currently enrolled in the AI Agents for Business Applications program at UT McCombs School of Business.
